differentiating hype and reality in this day and age can be challenging. Nothing could be farther from the truth, though, in regards to publication. This offering includes zero hype. In fact, the book is somewhat of a a tedious read. That's not to say that a body building training guide needs to be interesting, but it doesn't hurt to motivate the readers. On average our reviewers graded this program 3.5 out of 5 stars.
