differentiating hype and reality nowadays can be arduous. Nothing could be farther from the truth, though, in regards to publication. This book contains zero hype. In fact, the book is to some extent a tiresome read. we're not saying that a body building publication needs to be interesting, but it doesn't hurt to motivate the readers.
