Separating hype and reality in this day and age can be arduous. This is far from a concern, though, regarding this product. This guide consists of zero hype. truth be told, the guide is somewhat of a a tedious read. we're not saying that a body building publication needs to be interesting, but there's no harm in motivating the readers. On average our staff of reviewers gave this product 3.5 out of 5 stars.
