Separating hype and reality nowadays can be challenging. Nothing could be farther from the truth, though, regarding this publication. This guide contains zero hype. In fact, the book is somewhat of a a tiresome read. we're not saying that a body building publication needs to be entertaining, but there's no harm in motivating the readers. On average our staff of reviewers gave this product 3.5 out of 5 stars.
