Separating hype and reality nowadays can be arduous. Nothing could be farther from the truth, though, in regards to publication. This book includes zero hype. In fact, the book is somewhat of a a boring read. That's not to say that a body building book needs to be interesting, but there's no harm in motivating the readers. typically, our staff of reviewers graded this product 3.5 out of 5 stars.
