differentiating hype and reality in this day and age can be challenging. Nothing could be farther from the truth, though, in regards to publication. This book contains zero hype. In fact, the book is to some extent a tedious read. we're not saying that a body building book needs to be entertaining, but there's no harm in motivating the readers. On average our staff of reviewers rated this product 3.5 out of 5 stars.
