Our review team's reports were quite positive in regards to this guide, even though the package was centered almost entirely on women's conditioning and health. Still, most of our team felt that this was a very worthwhile workout guide that could be useful for just about anyone. The only drawback of note was the cost, which amounted to a little below 200 dollars. This was reflected in our review team's final grades, which on average were a 4 stars out of 5 score.
