Our review team's reports were very up-beat in regards to this guide, even though the program was centered almost entirely on women's conditioning and health. Still, most of our team felt that this was a very worthwhile program that could be useful for just about anyone. The only drawback of note was the cost, which amounted to a little under 200 dollars. This was reflected in our reviewers final grades, which on average were a 4 stars out of 5 score.
