Our review team's reports were very positive in regards to this guide, even though the program was centered almost solely on women's fitness and health. Still, most of our team felt that this was a very worthwhile workout guide that could be useful for just about anyone. The only drawback of note was the price, which came in at a little below 200 dollars. This was manifested in our review team's final grades, which on average were a 4 stars out of 5 score.
