Our review team's reports were very positive regarding this ebook, even though the program was focused almost solely on women's conditioning and wellness. Still, most of our reviewers believed that this was a very worthwhile workout guide that could be useful for just about anyone. The only drawback of note was the cost, which amounted to a little under 200 dollars. This was reflected in our review team's final ratings, which on average were a 4 stars out of 5 score.
